Hoe een echt internationaal rijbewijs (IDP) te krijgen
Wij geven geen IDP's uit — niemand online doet dat legitiem, behalve de instanties die door uw overheid zijn erkend. Hier is precies waar u heen moet in het land van uw rijbewijs.
Vóór alles: de zwendeltest
Only an authorised, government-appointed body can issue an official International Driving Permit — be cautious of any site claiming otherwise. World Driving Permit provides certified licence translations with QR verification: a companion to your licence, never a replacement for it or for an official IDP. Drie waarschuwingssignalen: (1) de site is niet de erkende uitgever van uw land, (2) het biedt meerjarige "rijbewijzen" of directe digitale "vergunningen", (3) het rekent veel meer dan de echte vergoeding van ongeveer $20–40. Echte IDP's zijn papieren boekjes die thuis worden uitgegeven, vóór u reist.

Doorgaans het equivalent van $10–40. Als u meer wordt gevraagd, bent u waarschijnlijk niet bij een erkende uitgever.
Hoe lang het duurt
Vaak dezelfde dag in persoon; postroutes duren dagen tot weken. Plan vóór uw reis — de meeste landen geven geen IDP's uit aan bezoekers.
