World Driving Permit

Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 June 2026

World Driving Permit is a service of Stackvian LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company. Registered office: 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact: support@worlddrivingpermit.com.

1. The service

World Driving Permit ("we", "us") provides driving-license translation companion documents, certified translation ordering, and travel driving-requirement guidance. We are a private company. We are not a government agency, and we do not issue International Driving Permits, driver licenses, or any government-issued document.

2. What our documents are

Every document we generate is a translation companion, permanently watermarked "Translation only — not a driving permit." You agree not to present our documents as a driving permit, license, or government document, and not to remove or obscure the watermark or disclaimers.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You confirm the license you upload is yours or you are authorized to act for its holder.
  • You review and confirm extracted data before generation; the accuracy of the source data is your responsibility.
  • You verify destination requirements with official authorities before travel.
  • You comply with the laws of your license country and destination.

4. Guidance is not legal advice

Country requirement information is general guidance compiled from public sources, may change without notice, and is not legal advice.

5. Orders, payment, account access, refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe for one-time Digital and Digital + Print translation orders. Card details never pass through our servers.

After payment, you upload the required source evidence for reviewer validation: license front, license back, face photo, and holder confirmation. We may request replacement uploads when the evidence is incomplete, unclear, mismatched, or appears edited.

Customer accounts use email magic links instead of passwords. Access links are time-limited, the latest link replaces older unused links, and dashboard access depends on a signed session cookie.

Refunds and corrections are governed by our Refund Policy. We do not refund local acceptance decisions made by rental companies, insurers, counters, or authorities when their own policy requires an authorized IDP, original document, or another local form.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to misrepresent identity, alter license data away from the physical document, or produce documents for fraudulent purposes. We refuse and report such use.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for decisions of authorities, rental companies, or insurers.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on this page with a new effective date.
