30-day quality guarantee
Digital and Digital + Print orders are covered for 30 days from payment when the translation pack is not technically usable, cannot be generated, or contains a demonstrable translation error we cannot correct.
Our first remedy is always the fastest one for travel: free correction and regeneration of the watermarked PDF. If we cannot fix the issue, we refund the eligible order amount to the original payment method.
Covered refund cases
- Full refund if PDF generation fails or the output is technically unusable.
- Full refund for a translation error we confirm but cannot correct.
- Free correction when an approved source field needs fixing and you provide the order reference plus the corrected field value.
- Digital + Print shipping refunds only when the print pack has not entered production or the shipped pack is damaged, lost, or materially different from the approved digital pack.
What refunds do not cover
- A rental desk, insurer, border, police, or other counter choosing not to accept a translation because their own policy requires an authorized IDP, original document, or another local form.
- Data errors that were visible during review and approved by the customer, unless we can still correct the pack before use.
- Change of destination, travel delay, or duplicate purchase.
- Business or API contracts, which follow the signed agreement for that account.
How to request help
Use the contact form with your order reference and request type. Do not paste license numbers, source photos, full addresses, or payment-card details into support messages.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks and card networks usually post the credit within 5-10 business days after Stripe processes it.
